Be Kind to Mind Workshop
A lifestyle in hospitality can be taxing on us mentally, emotionally, physically as well as socially. It can push our boundaries and ability to cope to an unhealthy 'norm', which can result in unhelpful coping mechanisms and poor mental health.
'Be Kind to Mind' is an experiential 3-hour workshop, designed to educate others on how and why chronic stress manifests as well the tools which can help reduce the effects it has on us, in both our professional and personal lives.
During this workshop your team will learn stress reduction and self awareness techniques as well as gaining a better understanding of mental health problems, distress and burnout. We explore the basic signs and symptoms of mental ill-health as well as the importance of our emotions, self awareness, recharging and reflecting.
