Mental Wellbeing Service for Hospitality Professionals

This service is for businesses who wish to offer psychological and emotional support to their employees. We have a team of fully trained therapists, counsellors and coaches who are DBS checked, adhere to an ethical framework and are fully insured to offer your staff the best care and support.

What is a Mental Wellbeing session?

•A therapeutic session which allows people to discuss their personal and professional issues, mental wellbeing, stressors and be listened to without judgement. It is a holistic look at a person’s life with all factors considered.

•Mental wellbeing session sounds less intimidating than ‘therapy’ or ‘counselling’, as it can be perceived as ‘illness’ or ‘weakness’ if we seek help from a professional. But this really is not the case.

•The sessions break the stigma around mental health and encourages a client towards the benefits of talking and exploring their issues.

•A mental wellbeing session is not a ‘clinical’ service. We do not diagnose or provide medication to any clients.

•Our approach is mainly integrative which means our team can deal with a multitude of issues and apply an approach which suits a client’s needs. As not one approach suits all.

How Does It Work?

•Each staff member would be eligible for 3-6 sessions with each session lasting 50 minutes.

•Sessions takes place via Zoom or face-to-face

•Bookings are made via email and arranged confidentially between therapist/coach and client

•The service is confidential

•Identity or context of session is not disclosed to the employer, other employees within the business, nor any other party

•Usage and frequency of the three sessions is agreed upon by therapist/counsellor/coach and client
